- Setting the S10 register to something quite low (eg lowering it to
- S10=5 from the default of S10=14) MAY help, but it might not.
- Unfortunatly your problem is that v.34 and LAP-M are just too good at what
- they do. They're not supposed to lose connections due to line noise, so
- when they hear the call-waiting bleep, they do everything they can to
- correct what they see as a line impairment..
